Now we want to expand our team of inspection technicians who build customer relationships!

Your role As an inspection technician at Anticimex, you will work closely with our customers in what can be their biggest business decision - the purchase or sale of their property. Your contribution in these real estate transactions can be crucial for the customer to make the right decision.

The work as an inspection technician at Anticimex involves varied tasks and flexible days with elements of both social, practical, and theoretical work. We value professionalism and a high sense of service in our ambition to deliver the best service in the market.

During our customer visits and inspections, we contribute with expertise and knowledge, but we also care about informing customers about what we see and do. You build customer relationships during your inspections, as well as relationships with the region's real estate offices and agents.

Every day, you will conduct several inspections and customer visits. You will drive between your customer visits and have a planned route each day.

As an inspection technician, you will work with:

• Property inspections

• Moisture damage inspections

• Documentation and preparation of reports

• Other housing services and installation of crawl space dehumidifiers

Who you are You enjoy building relationships, are motivated to provide good service, and find it easy to communicate. You are used to working in a structured manner and enjoy creating order around you. Perhaps you also have practical experience as a real estate agent, from a craft profession, in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work? To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you:

• are familiar with digital tools such as phone, computer, tablet, etc.

• preferably speak more languages than Swedish

• have a B driver's license

• have education such as a real estate agent, KY education in construction, installation, or energy, or similar

Good to know

• We apply a six-month probationary period for all positions

• Base salary and fixed working hours

• You will work from the office

• The office is located in Gävle
